Students

Each PMUHub online course consists of lectures, which can include videos, slides, and text. Courses are divided into levels and students learn and pass levels at their own pace. Each PMUHub course is created, owned and managed by the instructor(s).

PMUHub teachers are PMU artists and instructors who are proficient in their field and hold all necessary permits depending on the jurisdiction they practice in. They are in charge of creating their own online courses and posting them on the platform.

PMUHub Teachers are trusted PMU professionals, with years of experience.

PMUHub courses are entirely on-demand and they can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.

After you purchase a course, you can access it by clicking on the course link you will receive in your confirmation email (provided you’re logged into your account).

Different courses have different lengths of access. The teacher/instructor who created a course decides how long the access will be. You will see the access length before you decide to take a course.

On average, most courses have around 6 months of access. The courses are structured so that the amount of time given to pass them is quite enough for anyone who decides to learn.

PMUHub online courses are comprehensive and detailed and created for students to learn on their own, so, unfortunately, they will not get support from the teachers, unless clearly specified by them.

While PMUHub is not an accredited institution, we offer skills-based courses taught by real-world experts in their field. Every PMUHub course features a PMUHub certificate of completion to document your accomplishment.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments.

Teachers

First, go to Become a Teacher page and contact PMUHub Learn via the contact form. We will communicate further actions.

We will ask you to send your course for review. If the course is suitable for the PMUHub Learn platform, we will inform you and upload your course on the platform.

No, students buy your course and should get everything they need to master what it’s teaching. This is an online course, so support from the teacher is not required.

All the students who complete a course on PMUHub Learn will obtain PMUHub’s Certificate of completion, but it would be useful for the teachers to issue their own certificates.

Yes, every student who purchases your course will be allowed to leave a comment on your course. You’ll be able to respond to all the comments regarding your course.

Your course can be in any language.

Most students will be interested in courses in the English language, but if you have your course in another language that can come in handy and you may have many interested students.

PMUHub Learn teachers get paid every time someone buys their course. We will discuss terms and conditions, as well as the potential income at a meeting or via email.

When a student purchases your Course, we calculate the gross amount of the sale as the amount actually received by PMUHub from the student (“Gross Amount”). From this, we subtract any Transaction Taxes and a 3% service and processing fee to calculate the net amount of the sale (“Net Amount”).

Your revenue share will be 37% of the Net Amount. If we change this payment rate, we will provide you with a 30-day notice via email.

PMUHub makes all payments in U.S. dollars (USD) regardless of the currency with which the sale was made. PMUHub is not responsible for your foreign currency conversion fees, wiring fees, or any other processing fees that you may incur. Your revenue report will show the sales price (in local currency) and your converted revenue amount (in USD).

To receive payments from PMUHub, you must own a PayPal, Payoneer, or U.S. bank account (for U.S. residents only) in good standing, and must keep us informed of the correct email associated with your account.

You must also provide any identifying information or tax documentation (such as a W-9 or W-8) necessary for the payment of amounts due, and you agree that we have the right to withhold appropriate taxes from your payments. We reserve the right to withhold payments or impose other penalties if we do not receive proper identifying information or tax documentation from you. You understand and agree that you are ultimately responsible for any taxes on your income.

Payment will be made within 45 days of the end of the month in which we receive the fee for your course.

As an instructor, you are responsible for determining whether you are eligible to be paid by a U.S. company. We reserve the right not to pay out funds in the event of identified fraud, violations of intellectual property rights, or other violations of the law.

We don’t have strict rules or set formats for the course. You don’t need to adapt the course you already created. There can be as many lessons as you want, as much text, videos, and images as you want, you can organize the lessons in the way you think would work best for the students.

We may recommend improvements, but we will never make them on our own, without consulting you.

Here are some important recommendations you should follow:

• Make sure your lessons are clear, well-structured and well-organized
• Make sure you don’t have any typos, missing content, or similar mistakes (for example, an image is not related to the topic) because it can be confusing and distracting for the students.
• Pay attention to your grammar, especially if your course is in English and that is not your native language. PMUHub has an option of grammar and spell-checking your course before publishing. Let us know if you are interested in this option.
• Meet Standards for Audio & Video Quality:
– The audio in your course must be clear and easy to understand, free of distracting background noise
– Your video must be high resolution (1080p) and shot with a steady camera, clear lighting, and framing.
– Blurry or pixelated images should be avoided, your images must be clear and sharp.
– Narration, commentary, and/or voiceovers should be natural and clear.
